How to return an item to us
Thanks for choosing UNIK. We’re extremely sorry to hear the item(s) you received need to be returned. In order for us to proceed you will need to send the item(s) back to us using the method and details below.

You will also need to provide us with the Royal Mail tracking code which will look something like this: gk940861478gb
What you will need to return:
If you have purchased a device or kit you will need to return everything in the box. Where applicable this includes:
- All hardware, mod, tank, charger etc…
- All components, cables, coils, spare parts etc…
- The box, warranty card, instructions etc..
What happens next?
- If agreed we will send you the correct item(s).
- We may offer an alternative of equivalent or greater value.
- Damaged items will be sent to the repairs centre.
- We may provide you with a full or partial refund.
Please make sure you include your order number and name in the return package. Once we have received your item(s) we will call or email you to go over your options.
