How we take care of our customers
As is known in the vape industry, there have been many poor quality products. Not only that, customers have found it frustrating getting their devices repaired or replaced. This is mostly due to the products having come from China.
Thankfully, all that has changed with us. When you buy a vaping product from UNIK you can rest assured we will take care of you. If for any reason the product you purchase from us is faulty we will repair or replace the product free of charge for a minimum of 60 days.
Our fully trained support centre includes a dedicated repair centre to make sure you are completely taken care of. Additionally, we have a UK distribution centre which makes returning a product and getting it repaired or replaced a breeze.
